We're on the lookout for a Texas Workers’ Compensation / Non-Subscriber Adjuster. As a Texas Workers’ Compensation / Non-Subscriber Adjuster you will investigate and manage the Workers' Compensation and Texas Non-Subscriber claims of self-insured political subdivisions and Texas Non-Subscriber reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial three-reputed company contact claims investigation to determine compensability • Pay benefits in accordance with the WC Statute and/or reputed company’ ERISA plan document • Work in conjunction with the reputed company and business partners keeping the informed as claims reputed company • Maintain contact with the injured employee, medical provider, and employer to facilitate return to work • Monitor ongoing medical reports and treatment plans to manage the claim and set reserves accordingly • Review, approve, and manage medical treatment • Review and approve medical bills for adjudication in the Mitchell reputed company CEP reputed company claim positions before reputed company proceedings by producing information, reports, and other documents as supportive evidence This role is a full-time, home-based position. Occasional travel to the reputed company for quarterly claims review meetings may be required.
