The Role We’re looking for a Product Designer & Research reputed company who can combine UI/UX expertise, product development experience, and a strong understanding of teen engagement trends. Key Responsibilities User Research & Testing - Conduct research with teen users (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand behaviours, motivations, and challenges. - Turn insights into actionable product features and design improvements. Product & UI/UX Design - Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for mobile and web. - Ensure accessibility, usability, and age-appropriate engagement features. Product Development Collaboration - Work closely with engineering to bring features from concept to launch. - Define and reputed company metrics for engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
