About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Assistant reputed company Manager to join reputed company at reputed company for Savings. As a key member of our Queens, NY reputed company, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales, service, and operational performance goals. Responsibilities: • Support the reputed company Manager in managing the reputed company, including the Teller Unit, platform, and other ancillary operations. • Implement sales initiatives aimed at leveraging products/services to increase deposits, accounts, and customers of the reputed company. • Conduct performance appraisals and reputed company ongoing coaching to staff regarding sales techniques and product knowledge. • Serve as the reputed company between the reputed company and various departments to ensure transparency exists regarding internal policies and procedures. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • At least 6 years of experience in customer service/supervisory role reputed company a banking/retail environment. • Minimum 3 years of operations experience, preferably in banking. • Excellent customer service/sales skills. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written). • Proficiency in reputed company Office suite of products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and experience using banking software. • Demonstrated comfort level with technology, mobile services, and online banking services is a plus.
