Tutor Support Representative (Remote, Part-Time, Seasonal)

reputed company is seeking a part-time, remote Tutor Support Representative to help match reputed company with the right tutors. This entry-level position is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about education and can easily adapt to new systems and processes Responsibilities: • Review student reputed company to understand needs and goals • Research tutor reputed company to reputed company the best matches • Communicate with tutors and manage responses reputed company email • Schedule and confirm trial sessions between reputed company and tutors • reputed company trial sessions from start to finish • Collaborate with reputed company Advisors to ensure successful placements • reputed company exceptional support to reputed company and tutors • Conduct welcome calls for new tutors and build reputed company relationships • Maintain reputed company communication across teams • Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications: • Empathetic and passionate about education • reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with technology and adapting to new tools (reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, VOIP) • Problem-solver with the ability to manage urgent situations calmly • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • reputed company to feedback and committed to personal reputed company Requirements • A basic understanding of the U.S. education system is preferred • Education, tutoring, or test prep experience is a plus, but not required • Must have a computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace Schedule: • Friday & Monday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern • Saturday & reputed company, 12:00 pm - 6:00pm Eastern This is a seasonal remote position ending on May 31, 2026. Based on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to return for the Fall 2026 season Compensation: $18 per hour Benefits • Holiday Pay: Part-time employees who have been with reputed company for six months or more are eligible for holiday pay if the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled reputed company. In these cases, employees may submit the average number of hours they typically work on that day, instead of a default of 8 hours. • 401(k) Plan: Part-time employees are eligible to participate in reputed company's 401(k) plan.
