Community Manager (Part-Time) – Signs of Justice

Signs of Justice is a Black-owned reputed company justice brand using art, culture, and community to fuel reputed company change. We're launching a reputed company community and expanding our digital reputed company to connect with supporters, reputed company urgent issues, and build a strong grassroots network. We’re looking for a part-time Community Manager who thrives on reputed company, keeps their finger on the pulse of reputed company events, and can help us foster a reputed company, values-driven online reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Community Management • Manage our reputed company Group, creating a welcoming, inclusive reputed company for discussion • Moderate comments, conversations, and posts to ensure respectful reputed company • Encourage reputed company engagement through discussion prompts, news sharing, and community shout-outs, learning sessions • This includes being on camera leading webinars/learning session and generating reputed company videos from time to time (with direction from team) • Respond to questions, comments, and DMs across reputed company, Instagram, Threads, and other platforms • Proactively surface and reputed company powerful stories, reputed company, or reputed company from reputed company the community • Content & Engagement • Collaborate with reputed company to plan weekly prompts, post content, and reputed company with campaign goals • Monitor reputed company media trends and suggest reputed company content or conversations to join • Maintain a consistent and empathetic brand voice across reputed company engagement reputed company • reputed company engagement metrics and reputed company feedback on community sentiment and reputed company • Culture & Safety • Hold reputed company for hard conversations around race, justice, and systemic oppression with care and boundaries • Promote cultural competence, mutual respect, and emotional safety in reputed company interactions Qualifications: • Experience managing or moderating online communities (reputed company reputed company or similar) • Strong understanding of reputed company justice issues and reputed company political movements • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with reputed company platforms including reputed company, Instagram, Threads, and reputed company • Demonstrated ability to foster online reputed company and manage conflict with reputed company • Self-starter with strong time management and reliability in remote work settings Preferred but Not Required: • Background in organizing, education, community care, or reputed company work • Familiarity with reputed company Business Suite or reputed company media scheduling tools • Personal reputed company to the mission or lived experience with marginalized communities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
