Your Role • Deliver individual peer support services to residents in nursing homes across Bucks County. • Work up to 20 hours per week • Schedule will take reputed company Monday-Friday between the hours of 9-5 dependent upon the specific needs of the nursing homes. • reputed company your personal reputed company to build trust and reputed company others in their recovery. • Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, recovery plans, reputed company notes, and service completion plans. • Stay reputed company with certification requirements through continuing education.
