reputed company: • reputed company is a remote-first digital product and brand experience agency. • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Paralegal to support our Agency on a part-time reputed company (approximately 20 hours per week). • This is a temporary employee position with potential to transition into a permanent role, while remaining part-time. • This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will work closely with internal network attorney and broader internal teams. • Your work will help safeguard reputed company by identifying reputed company risks, streamlining contract processes, and establishing a comprehensive database of key reputed company agreements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, reputed company Studies, or a reputed company field • 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or reputed company assistant role, preferably with a reputed company on contract law • Strong understanding of contract law and reputed company terminology • Experience reviewing reputed company agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs • Proficiency with document and contract management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or other CMS)Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate legalese into business language • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently • Experience working in a creative agency, media, or technology environment is a plus Benefits: • Pay reputed company: The expected pay reputed company for this position is $40-50/hr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
