PARALEGAL - IMMIGRATION, PART-TIME, REMOTE We are currently seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our dedicated reputed company team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law and a passion for supporting clients through their immigration journeys. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations and deadlines; • Draft reputed company documents, including affidavits, motions, and reputed company correspondence; • Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and procedures; • Manage reputed company communications and reputed company updates regarding case reputed company; • Collaborate with attorneys to reputed company strategies and reputed company necessary documentation for cases. Experience and Hard Skills: • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in immigration law; • Proficiency in filing various immigration applications, such as family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and naturalization applications; • Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems. Soft Skills: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; • Exceptional communication abilities and a reputed company approach to reputed company interactions; • Proactive critical thinker, capable of identifying issues and solutions; • A reputed company team player who takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines; • Ability to adapt and work reputed company under shifting priorities. Technology Requirements: • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Required); • Experience with immigration case management software is (Preferred).
