About the position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and development of 10 to 15 student programming staff as primary supervisor.

• Serve as an administrator for the university's student organization online management system and assist in the implementation and training of the program for student leaders.

• Serve on departmental, divisional, or university committees or task forces as requested.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience working in a college or university student residential environment, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A master's degree in higher education, leadership, or other reputed company areas is preferred.
