About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist new customers in getting started with their Apple products.
• Provide quick and efficient support to current customers.
• Assess customer support needs and offer solutions or refer them to appropriate team members.
• Deliver personal training for new customers on basic skills for photo, video, and music projects.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience with Apple.
