They will collaborate with internal teams, audit and assess interactions for accurate rating, and report on trends and improvement opportunities. The moderator will also participate in feature testing and tool improvements, identify errors in relation to established procedures, and ensure adherence to best practices. Requirements Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and C1-C2 level German proficiency. They should have emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong auto-analysis skills. The role requires optimism, hardiness, stress resilience, multitasking ability, accountability, responsibility, agility, self-motivation, innovation, and an analytical mindset with attention to detail. Prior experience in managing or moderating online forums or Discord within the gaming space is a plus.
