Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative (Local Candidates)

Job Title: Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative Pay: $17.25-$18.00 an hr • $17.25 an hr for nonbilingual candidates • $18.00 an hr for bilingual candidates • After 30 days Regular Pay bumped to: 18.50 • After 30 days Bilingual Pay bumped to: 19.25 Job Type: Remote in San Diego, CA Start date: 9/8/25 Shift reputed company: • Shifts: Must be flexible between 6a-8p / Must be reputed company 2 Hours • During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime reputed company requested. • During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on reputed company need. • NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Monday through Friday only! • Most locations you need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 7a-8p with a few weeks reputed company until 10p or 11p. • The reputed company coast roles you might need to be available from 530a-8p. You will go onsite for day 1 to pick up equipment and also be required to come in for meetings or major reputed company. • Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, reputed company manner, consistently meeting commitments reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message. • Ability to customize customer service approach to meet reputed company types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls. • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data reputed company laws and company data reputed company requirements. • Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, reputed company plan information and processes into reputed company explanations and instructions that customers can understand and reputed company upon. • Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the reputed company needs of the member.
