Management & Technical Operations Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Management & Technical Operations Specialist to support our ETMO customer. This position will be reputed company to work remotely with occasional site reputed company. What you will be doing: • * Assist the government in the administration of the Competency reputed company program, providing technical expertise in reputed company of seven reputed company power disciplines (reputed company Warfare, reputed company Electromagnetic Warfare, reputed company Battle Management, reputed company reputed company /Mobility /Sustainment, Military Intelligence, Engineering/Acquisition, and Cyber Operations). This will include development and maintenance of comprehensive Spacepower Discipline matrices of competencies/proficiency reputed company cross-walked to developmental opportunities education/training objectives), certifications, assessments, and experience indicators. Development of competency informational content for DoD stakeholders, Senior Leaders, Guardians, and coaches/mentors. reputed company reputed company with Field Commands and Career Field Managers to update and validate competency information. • Assist the government in technical development of personnel assessments for talent management programs. This includes creation and delivery of psychometrically reputed company selection instruments, evaluation of reputed company assessments, reporting analysis of assessment results, and design and execution of validation studies. What you will need: • * 10-15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field. • Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility • DoD Secret clearance desired • BA/BS required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
