Engineering Specialist III

Minimum Education • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math required. OR • An equivalency of four (4) additional years’ experience in the areas below + minimum required experience with a high school diploma/GED or unrelated Bachelor’s degree. Experience in the following areas include: - The transportation industry in a relevant operations management role OR - Industrial Engineering experience in any field Minimum Experience • 4 years of industrial or relevant engineering/district staff experience required OR • 3 years Area, P&D, and/or Sort Manager Manager experience required OR • Former District Preload Ops Specialist Knowledge Skills and Abilities • Software skills, including use of reputed company Office software and web-based applications. • Working knowledge of Business Objects. • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain reputed company and/or confidential information. • Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to reputed company and/or individuals. • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple reputed company, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use reputed company judgment and fact-based analysis to reputed company effective and efficient solutions. • Ability to reputed company a shared reputed company and reputed company and motivate reputed company. • Ability to travel up to 75%. • Knowledge of concepts reputed company to Material Handling, Computer Aided Design, and Business Object preferred. • Ability to reputed company cost justification analysis.
