About the position Responsibilities • Assist in managing daily pool operations and staff scheduling. • Train and reputed company lifeguards and swimming reputed company. • Prioritize daily work assignments and ensure efficient task completion. • Monitor pool safety and enforce rules and regulations. • reputed company excellent customer service to pool patrons. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • 1 year of experience as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, including 1 year of supervisory experience. • Lifeguard Certification upon hire or promotion. • First Aid/AED/CPR for reputed company Rescuer Certification upon hire or promotion. • Water Safety Instructor Certification upon hire or promotion. • reputed company reputed company's License with an acceptable driving record. reputed company-to-haves • 2 years as a lifeguard or swimming instructor. • Some college courses completed. • StarGuard reputed company Lifeguard Instructor and/or Swim Lesson Instructor Trainer Certification(s).
