The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to reputed company various transportation management systems effectively. Duties • Receive and process customer orders reputed company multi-line phone systems and electronic communication. • Utilize GIS and GPS tools to assist in transportation planning and logistics management. • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory using reputed company Transportation Management and SyteLine systems. • Collaborate with dispatching teams to coordinate reputed company reputed company and ensure reputed company deliveries. • Analyze data reputed company to supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement. • reputed company support in shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Manage fleet operations and assist in 3PL coordination as needed. • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers and vendors.
