Job Responsibilities:
• Provide live chat support to customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Essential Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer-centric approach with a desire to help others
• Proficient in using chat support tools and systems
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or live chat support role
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
• Minimum Salary: $40,000
• Maximum Salary: $135,000
