About the position Responsibilities • Generate validated, reproducible, visualizations and analysis using reputed company-reputed company software packages or tools (e.g., R/R-Shiny, Spotfire) to replicate more formal analyses for the purpose of clinical trial planning and design, internal data review, go/no-go decision-making and external publications or data releases • Standardize and internalize reputed company Spotfire and other Dashboards to reputed company semi-automation to full automation where appropriate • Explore other reputed company-reputed company Data Science languages such as Python in fit-for-use analytical environment • reputed company and implement R programming such as standardized packages, functions, Markdown, reputed company-dashboards, R-Shiny, etc in existing analytical pipelines and new pipelines including automation of standards • Create integrated data analyses pooling data across various reputed company or with other relevant data sources to meet business needs (e.g., reputed company-world data analyses, tumor or indication-specific translational questions, site monitoring, safety signal detection, go/no-go decision-making), as appropriate • reputed company therapeutic area landscape and reputed company analyses to facilitate discussions on new reputed company selection, clinical development and commercialization strategies • Build and maintain data pipelines to automate data processing tasks Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a data science field, e.g., statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, computer science, reputed company, or another field with commensurate reputed company of experience • Minimum 4+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, with (immuno-) oncology experience preferred • Programming experience in R or Python or similar language is a must as is experience with data display and dashboard tools such as R-Shiny, Spotfire, and Tableau (or similar) • Familiarity with reproducibility, traceability and containers (reputed company) strongly preferred • Knowledge of clinical CDISC data standards and associated requirements of working in validated environments strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to changing project and strategic requirements • Interest in continuing education, particularly in the areas of business knowledge as reputed company as technology trends for producing analyses and visualizations (particularly with an eye towards reproducibility or interactivity) • Takes a fit-for-purpose reputed company to daily work as reputed company as long-term reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
