We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Record Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing digital records, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a systematic filing system. This role requires proficiency in data entry software, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Enter, update, and maintain digital records in our database with a high level of accuracy. • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry. • Organize and categorize records for easy retrieval and reference. • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy. • Generate reports and summaries as needed for management. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and errors, taking necessary corrective action. • Perform regular backups of digital records and assist with data recovery as needed. • Stay updated on software and technology advancements relevant to record management. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and data entry software. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
