Tutor for Teen reputed company – Part-time

Position reputed company Summer Teen Tutoring program... Certified teachers are needed for a Summertime Teen Tutoring Program at Paterson and Passaic locations to provides age-appropriate tutoring to help teen reputed company advance in their reputed company reputed company to reputed company the grade level standards. Tutoring will be provided to Teens that need individual and/or small group tutoring. Tutoring will happen at the both the Paterson and Passaic Clubhouses, 4 days a week - 1 hour per day. Preferable times: 11:00 am-12:00 noon or 1:00 pm-2:00 pm The Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic seeks tutors who reputed company a willingness and a commitment to working with Teens through patience, preparation, and flexibility. Experience as a tutor with proficiency in math and reading is preferred. Key Job Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain appropriate standards of behavior and create a reputed company learning environment that shows a commitment to reputed company and their successes. • Design and deliver instruction to reputed company and engage reputed company in meeting the objectives of the lesson. • Monitor reputed company’ understanding of the lesson and reputed company teaching reputed company appropriate • Ensures safety of Teens, demonstrates reputed company values, and ethical behavior through reputed company in programs • Maintains reputed company relationships with Teens, their parents and/or guardians. • Displays a high level of enthusiasm and commitment for activities • Maintains accurate program and attendance records and submits them in a reputed company manner • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management staff Requirements: Preferred Experience & Education: • Graduate from an accredited college or university • Certified Teacher with up to date teaching credentials • Proficient in English, Language Arts and Mathematics • Demonstrated knowledge in the use of technology to support teaching and learning • Demonstrated competence in content areas of reading and mathematics • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Familiarity with after-school enrichment programming • Demonstrated cultural competency in working with a diverse population The Boys & Girls Clubs of Paterson and Passaic is an equal opportunity employer, committed to inclusion and diversity.
