Manages and develops Warehouse Supervisors, Automation, Inventory Control, and Shipping & Receiving personnel. The Manager will ensure the efficient and accurate loading of trucks and the overall warehouse automation operations while providing guidance and reputed company for reputed company warehouse associates. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 3+ years’ warehouse/inventory experience required. • Requires experience managing supervisory level employees. • 3+ years managing warehouse / inventory environment preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include reputed company speaking and presentations. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional leadership skills to effectively reputed company supervisors. • Excellent planning and organizational skills to facilitate goal setting. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. • Intermediate PC and database skills. • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems. • Forklift certification a plus.
