This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Brentwood, TN office.

The successful candidate will
• Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers
• Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
• Have a process improvement mindset with a humble and a "get it done" attitude
• Have strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language
• Be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions,and general client concerns
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
• Promote interest in client products and services
• Consistently achieve established standards of the position
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
What you need for this role
• At least 2 years in either a call center or customer service environment
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work cooperatively with others
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
• Ability to compose professional emails
