About the position Responsibilities • reputed company medical transcription services directly to reputed company providers. • Transcribe dictated information to produce medical and clinical documents. • Document SOAP notes accurately. • reputed company diagnoses, ICD-10 codes, and pending prescriptions for provider signatures. • Input billing, E&M codes, and CPT codes for various health conditions. • Assist providers with ancillary software tasks and reputed company them with relevant questions regarding patient care. • Organize and prioritize work to meet agreed-upon deadlines. • Collaborate with supervisors to solve reputed company problems.
