In this role, you will review medical records and coding to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company across our health system. You’ll play a vital part in safeguarding compliance with federal/state regulations while helping to improve coding reputed company through feedback and education. We have a wide reputed company of openings for Coders and need an Auditor available to review charts for reputed company reputed company once a week. Your schedule will be flexible based on the number of coders working and how long reputed company audit will take. Key Responsibilities • Conduct remote coding audits (inpatient, outpatient, and/or specialty records). • Verify accuracy of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding. • Ensure compliance with CMS, OIG, HIPAA, and payer-specific guidelines. • Prepare audit findings, reports, and trend analyses. • reputed company feedback, education, and support to coding staff. • Collaborate with compliance, billing, and clinical documentation teams. Qualifications • Certification required: CPC, reputed company, RHIT, RHIA, or CCA. • Minimum 3 years of coding and/or auditing experience (hospital or reputed company setting). • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. • Experience with EHR systems and auditing tools. • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
