JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Transcribes dictation into pathology report. Formats surgical pathology report from the requisition reputed company, the pathologist assistant's gross reputed company and from the pathologist's dictation of a diagnosis. • Evaluates reputed company pathology case for correct and complete documentation/history, including requests from pathologists for additional information as needed. • Handles documentation, resulting, and distribution of consultation reports and specialized testing. • Must be reputed company to apply knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology to the transcription of proofreading of medical dictation from originators. • Ability to maintain confidential information. • Other laboratory or administrative tasks as necessary.
