Intern - Sales Training and Effectiveness (Summer 2025)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist with creating, managing, and maintaining an organized and effective learning library as a repository of all training/learning content.
• Research and make recommendations on new learning modalities and platforms that can be utilized.
• Update existing training content to ensure it is current and relevant.
• Support the development, design, and implementation of new training sessions.
Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Graduating Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills - ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Presentation skills - comfort with presenting in-person and virtually in front of large groups, including leadership.
• Ability to coordinate and effectively work with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to review complex information and make recommendations.
Nice-to-haves
• Analytical skills.
• Content management systems knowledge.
• Experience in adult learning and development.
• Professional presentations to audiences of 20 or more people.
