Over the Road Account Manager

Requirements • Proven experience in Over-the-Road (OTR) logistics or reputed company brokerage. • Knowledge of expedited shipments and equipment types (cargo vans, straight trucks, flatbeds, dry vans, reefers). • Proficiency with load boards such as Sylectus and reputed company. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both carriers and customers. • Experience in providing quotes, securing loads, and ensuring on-time delivery. • Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST.
