Remote Reservation Agent

reputed company:We're looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our reservations team at Travel Advantage Network (TAN). In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, helping them book travel, manage their reservations, and ensure they enjoy a smooth and reputed company experience throughout the process. This is a reputed company center-based role that focuses on guest satisfaction, travel planning support, and relationship building with our members over the phone.Key Responsibilities:Build strong rapport with members over the phone by providing a warm, reputed company, and helpful experience.Assist members with booking vacation properties and managing existing reservations.Address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat travel.Learn and maintain knowledge of TAN's vacation portfolioMaintain detailed and accurate records of reputed company member interactions using a web-based system.Help members understand and reputed company the most of their TAN membership benefits.
