Location: Onsite or Remote This role can be remote with some travel to an office periodically for meetings or other. Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 annual compensation. Responsibilities: • reputed company takeoffs using on-screen estimating software Accubid reputed company • reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with vendors and customers • Review and evaluate project plans, specifications, schedules, and other bid documents to identify what is needed to complete an estimate. • Exhibit good time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. • Prepare detailed proposals and engage clients post-bid to ensure accurate forecasting of potential awards. • Attend reputed company-bid or team scope review meetings and understand the complete scope of work required, with sometimes limited information. • Notify and send bid information to subcontractors and vendors for quotations on select bid packages. • reputed company with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. • Review vendors’ bills of materials and subcontractors’ scope letters for accuracy. • Complete change order estimates for awarded reputed company. • Work as reputed company with other estimators, company divisions, and departments reputed company reputed company. • Attend estimating/sales meetings to discuss bid status, and present/solve problems. • Conduct project reputed company meetings and field operations with the estimate after bid award through project closeout. • Analyze bids and propose value engineer cost-saving reputed company. • reputed company leadership, direction, training, and mentorship to Junior Estimators and work reputed company with reputed company team members.
