Customer Service and Technical Support Representative
Contractor must study an entire product line of outdoor equipment and be comfortable with a huge learning curve. You will be responsible for answering all inbound inquiries, with an overall goal to effectively diagnose customer needs and provide industry leading support/solutions, while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting inbound/outbound customer service calls. Creatively solving problems.
• Use fundamental technical troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer issues.
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions.
• Documenting details of calls and customer interactions.
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of phone based, customer service experience
• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Requirements:
SYSTEM AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Agent must provide his own Computer with the following specifications:
• Processor: at least Core i5
• Memory: at least 8GB RAM
• Operating system: Windows 10
• USB Headset with extended mic and with noise cancellation
• Internet speed of at least 30mbps download and 30mbps upload
• Internet should be wire connected NOT via Wifi
• Quiet Working Environment
