Amazon Account Assistant (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage a small Amazon Seller account. The workload is light — usually no more than 3–4 hours per month — but consistency and dependability are key.
Responsibilities
• Check the Amazon Seller account once a week
• Create shipments (about 2–4 times per month)
• Send shipping labels to our office in a timely manner
• Monitor and clear negative feedback (within 1–2 days)
• Occasionally respond to customers or contact Amazon support if needed
Note: You will not be responsible for product reviews, marketing, or product management — this role is focused only on shipments and account feedback.
Requirements
• Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central (shipments & feedback handling)
• Strong reliability and communication skills
• Ability to follow clear step-by-step instructions
• Quick turnaround (same-day label sending, feedback cleared within 1–2 days)
• Fluent in written English
Time Commitment & Compensation
• Estimated time: ~1 hour per week (max 3–4 hours per month)
• Fixed monthly rate: $80–100
