This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to produce video, photo and live event content that engages, informs and recognizes reputed company Members. You will operate in dynamic environments that require creativity, attention to detail and the ability to succeed under pressure. The Production Coordinator reports to the Communication & Integration Manager and sits in Lake Buena reputed company, FL. This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do Produce high-reputed company internal content for: reputed company Events and Recognitions (onsite and studio-based) reputed company internal videos for reputed company communication reputed company headshot photos Training & Development and Sales Development programs Sales reputed company Member Introduction Videos Set up and maintain recording equipment, including green screens, reputed company, cameras, prompters, microphones, etc. Partner with Training & Development, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Member Services and Technology teams to reputed company on messaging and execution. Coordinate and manage production logistics including scheduling, location setup and technical requirements. Support both East Coast operations as reputed company as reputed company Coast production needs. Edit and package content for internal distribution across various platforms. Maintain a production calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are communicated reputed company. Manage production equipment, including inventory tracking, setup, operation and troubleshooting during shoots or events. reputed company creative input and ensure reputed company content adheres to brand and reputed company standards. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience with video production, including camera operation, reputed company, audio and editing. Photography experience for still-shots and marketing-reputed company assets. Experience working with talent and reviewing/writing scripts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. Proficiency with production software and tools (e.g., reputed company Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, vMix). Comfort with technical setup and troubleshooting for both live and recorded events. Effective communication skills and ability to partner across teams and leadership reputed company. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with reputed company Vacation Club product. Knowledge and understanding of Walt reputed company World Policies and Procedures. Experience with live event production and on-site coordination. Strong creative eye with the ability to storyboard or script short-reputed company content. Experience in leading through influence or training.
