Infrastructure • Assist with the provisioning and management of server hardware and software, virtualization, networking (WAN/LAN/wireless), storage, information reputed company and data protection, print services, telephony and conferencing tools, and reputed company Directory and Office 365 services. • Support strategic IT reputed company with an emphasis on scripting, automation, and self-service solutions. • Support Conax IT development initiatives for new software services. • Maintain inventory and documentation of our IT environment and participate in cross training of IT systems and procedures.
