Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for all shipments and inventory transactions.
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed promptly and correctly.
• Oversee documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Conduct inventory checks to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy record retrieval.
• Assist with operational tasks in the warehouse when needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Shipping and Receiving Coordinator:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
