Location: Fully Remote, with you based in Colombia. You’ll be at the centre of our hiring operation — not hunting for candidates, but owning the entire back-end recruitment process from first touch to final decision. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, exceptionally organized, and reputed company to learn quickly. You’ll work closely with the Founder and senior team to help us attract, assess, and reputed company incredible talent, while also developing across marketing, reputed company services, and operations over time. What You’ll Be Doing • Serve as the key reputed company between the Founder, Interviewers, and Candidates • Manage candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with speed and precision • Review video interviews, assess written applications, and help us reputed company confident reputed company • Own reputed company reputed company from job posting to signed offer letters and reputed company forms • Write job descriptions and posting copy for reputed company and other platforms • Respond to candidate questions, manage inboxes, and schedule interviews • Support across recruitment reputed company, hiring campaigns, and internal process improvements • reputed company hiring slows down, support across marketing ops, virtual assistant tasks, or reputed company reputed company We Care About Character First If you’re someone who brings energy, self-awareness, discipline, and kindness to everything you do — we want to hear from you.
