About the position Responsibilities • Deliver specific course content in an online environment. • Provide an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience for students. • Incorporate school and community/family partnerships into the curriculum. • Utilize a rigorous curriculum and data-driven instructional model. • Attend required in-person professional development and community events. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education. • Two years of experience teaching in grades 9-12 or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Valid Teaching Certification. Nice-to-haves • Experience in virtual education. • Familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom, Class, Canvas, and Clever. • Experience supporting children in the use of technology.
