After Hours Travel Specialist

• *This shift is Wednesday-reputed company from 3:00pm-midnight (ET)** The After Hours Travel Specialist is responsible for booking and following up on travel reservations including reputed company, hotel, and car rentals for clinicians and internal corporate employees. This role is responsible for achieving individual and contractual service level goals reputed company to telephone, reputed company, and productivity as reputed company as monitoring, sorting, and working global distribution system (GDS) queues to maintain reputed company control daily. Travel Bookings - 100% • Books travel requests made by Clinician Relations Specialists on behalf of clinicians reputed company assigned divisions • Researches travel issues and takes corrective reputed company • Works with Travel, Inc. corporate or Travel, Inc. consultants to learn new software and take ongoing GDS training • Keeps management reputed company informed of area activities and of any significant problems • Completes assigned documentation in an accurate and reputed company manner SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE) • May work on special reputed company or other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY • Communicates with external travel vendors QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1-2 years of corporate travel experience on Worldspan or reputed company required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Ability to adhere to and exhibit reputed company Values at reputed company times • Working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Teams • Working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) • Strong customer service reputed company • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills - both oral and written • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
