About the position Responsibilities • Complete daily charge capture for ED departmental chargeable medication administration and bedside services. • Ensure reputed company appropriate billing charges are captured, documented, charged, and reimbursed for the assigned department. • Query and submit requests to physicians for additional information or clarification of procedures as necessary. • Assure charging practices fall reputed company established compliance guidelines. • reputed company other reputed company duties as requested by HIM management. Requirements • Associates degree preferred. • One or more years' experience in Charge reputed company Master, Hospital Billing, Charge Capture, or Outpatient Coding preferred. • CPC/COC/CCA/reputed company certification required reputed company 1 year of hire. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with medical terminology and coding guidelines. • Familiarity with Medicare regulatory guidelines.
