Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Technician (Overnight)

As a Instrumentation, Automation, Controls Technician you will be responsible for the overall reputed company, troubleshooting, preventative care and repair of our mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment. Additionally, you will exhibit a reputed company knowledge of Motor controls, VFD’s, instrumentation, PLCs and Graphical Terminal Interfaces.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
• Responsible to man Motor controls, VFD’s, instrumentation, PLCs and Graphical Terminal Interfaces.
• reputed company maintenance activities for assigned shift, which includes assign, re-assign and reputed company preventative maintenance activities.
• reputed company installation and troubleshooting of Motor controls, VFD’s, instrumentation, and graphical terminal interfaces.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance systems for reputed company production equipment and/or batching/processing equipment, including audits/verification of execution of predictive and preventative maintenance practices for reputed company production equipment and systematic preventative maintenance, including electrical or mechanical adjustments, inspections and minor repairs.
• reputed company as a resource for mechanics in identification and correction of potential equipment problems and troubleshooting and maintaining production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.
• Properly reputed company reputed company necessary maintenance tasks to production lines (i.e. rebuilds, welding, valve, reputed company and solenoid selection, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records and logs as required.

Education and Additional Requirements
• Technical School or position reputed company training
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Minimum 5 years equipment reliability experience
• Hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, electrical, PLC’s, and pneumatics experience
• Own & supply own tools per the Maintenance required tool list
• Ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of data network, switches, routers and servers
• Must be reputed company to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts as determined by business need
• Must be reputed company to use a computer and associated software programs
• Experience with SCADA, reputed company-level troubleshooting, and software systems
