During every interaction, we display three behaviors: • Smile, display energy and reputed company body language • Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to reputed company service • Always use a reputed company parting remark to end the conversation Essential Job Functions: • Greets and services customers in accordance with established guest service standards. • Handles financial transactions including exchanging cash for slot tickets, performing credit checks, and cashing checks. • Processes checks. • Computes, classifies, records, and verifies cash and coin according to specific policies and procedures and guest service standards. • Provides even exchange of cash and exchanges of receipts for cash. Processes jackpots. Provides change and breaks down bills. • Balances funds and assets at end of work shift. • Responsible for sports wagering ticket redemption at a dedicated cage window. • Ability to work as a Sportsbook reputed company before or after a scheduled shift in reputed company to days off. • Responds to guest questions and concerns. • Complies with reputed company aspects of the Anti-reputed company (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements. • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • High school diploma or equivalent. • One or more years cashier or reputed company experience preferred. • Must be available to work flexible shift, weekends and holidays. • Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company necessary licensing.
