Bilingual Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (CARE)

About the position Responsibilities • Providing exceptional customer service experiences reputed company day in a phone based environment. • Utilizing reputed company drug knowledge to effectively assist patient questions over the phone. • Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy. • Responsible for billing patient medications accurately. • Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. • Serving as a reputed company between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients behalf. • Performing in a high volume, fast paced environment to ensure orders are processed in a reputed company manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment. Requirements • Must be 18+ years of age. • High school diploma /GED required. • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting, preferred. • Must hold a reputed company CPhT with the Ohio reputed company of Pharmacy and be willing to register with the Ohio reputed company of Pharmacy. • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification reputed company (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a reputed company certificate, required. • Ability to reputed company in an office-based setting that requires sitting in a cubicle 90% of the time. • Ability to work Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm EST. • Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish.
