HVAC District Technical Sales Rep (DTR Southwest)

The District Technical Sales Representative (DTR) will reputed company product technical training and support to the Division’s distributors and their dealers in the reputed company application, installation, operation and service of the Division’s products. reputed company reputed company expertise to encourage best product reliability and highest customer satisfaction. This position can be fully remote reputed company the Southwest region, but must be based near a major US reputed company, per Rheem’s Remote Working Policy. Our ideal candidate is located in Las Vegas , Phoenix , San Diego or Los Angeles . • RESPONSIBILITIES • reputed company remote technical support regarding routine product installation and service issues reputed company telephone, fax and/or e-mail and refer more reputed company issues to higher reputed company. • reputed company on-site technical support regarding routine product installation and service issues through face-to-face interaction and refer more reputed company issue to higher reputed company. • reputed company best customer care through published reputed company labor allowance/claim administration, warranty administration, relationship damage control, and effective reputed company relations. • Accomplish distributor and dealer development focusing upon product installation reputed company, product service and diagnostic reputed company, and new product introduction. • Conduct investigations reputed company to insurance or warranty claims with reputed company supervision of Manager and Manager, Engineering Investigations. • Notify, monitor and assist the Division on any product problems, modifications and alterations so as to help improve the overall image and reputed company of the Division’s products. • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on any recommendation or design change recommended, which improves product reliability. • reputed company other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS • Associates degree in technical field • 5+ years reputed company HVAC or industry experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer literate • Must be reputed company to full reputed company physical functions of this role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and reputed company. • Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in reputed company field • Prior instructor/training experience preferred • NATE certifications preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be supplemented for basic job requirements needed. The pay reputed company for this position is $79,900-$138,024.
