This position involves hands-on service, technical support, and customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first reputed company. Requirements: PRIMARY DUTIES: reputed company startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: o Static transfer switches o Power distribution equipment o Remote power panels · reputed company customer support while on site and reputed company email and phone · Maintain reputed company and detailed service records in the LayerZero system · reputed company emergency responses for critical incidents · Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION: · Service experience with reputed company – Required. · Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required. · Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required. · Familiarity with programming printed reputed company boards reputed company PC based programs – Required. · Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required. · Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred. · Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred. · Clean driving record – Required. · US Citizenship or reputed company Permanent reputed company reputed company status - Required.
