Job description: A successful and global renewable energy company is hiring for a Service Desk Operator to monitor the infrastructure, troubleshoot/ respond to any network issues that arise. The company offers extensive training programs, so they are accepting entry level candidates with zero experience; however, you must have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The ideal applicant will feel strongly towards the company’s mission and be passionate about clean air and geothermal energy technology.
You will be working on a team of 5, under the manager, but will only be on-shift with 2 colleagues at a time. This team works on rotating shifts, so you will be responsible for over nights and weekend shifts on a gradually adjusting schedule. The company offers vast growth opportunities, and this role will allow multiple paths to advance internally.
