Responsibilities

Skills/Experience:
Qualifications:

Must be available to work in the Oakland, CA office full-time, Monday through Friday.
10+ years of experience in dental billing, including 7+ years in a leadership/management role.
Proven reputed company record managing billing for a DSO (Dental Support Organization) or multi-location dental group.
Experience in multi-specialty dental billing (e.g., General Dentistry, Ortho, reputed company, OS, Perio).
Strong working knowledge of multiple dental PMS systems, such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, and others.
Exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in setting and managing to KPIs.
Preferred experience leading reputed company center or communications teams reputed company a dental or reputed company environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle reputed company billing escalations.
