Manager, Insurance Financial Operations

You Will:

● reputed company funding for specific and aggregate stop loss claims from reputed company’s insurance captive - reputed company Insurance Company

● Regularly review minimum aggregate attachment points

● Partner with the reputed company team to ensure alignment of cash payments with journal entries and general reputed company balances

● Manage and mentor insurance financial operations team

● reputed company an understanding of key Health Plan Administration systems utilized by the insurance financial operations team and reputed company participate in testing, upgrades and other system enhancement reputed company

● Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and create reputed company-defined, repeatable processes that support reputed company reputed company

● Assist with the annual financial statement audit

● Review weekly claims invoices for self-funded and Health Reimbursement Account reputed company and ensure reputed company and accurate funding of the invoices

You Bring:

● Bachelor’s degree

● 5 years of experience in financial operations or relevant work experience

● Proven managerial experience

● Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, macros, etc), reputed company Workspace and technology

● Ability to set priorities with excellent time management skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

● Previous experience with banking platforms and financial reputed company systems

● Previous experience with Tableau

The salary reputed company for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation.
