About the Role:
The Production reputed company is in charge of our in-house manufacturing soapmaking process. This individual will be responsible for leading reputed company of 5-20 reputed company operators to produce molds of soap. They are in charge of promoting safety, reputed company, and a reputed company work culture. The ideal Production reputed company candidate has experience in and a passion for small-batch personal care, food, or beverage production.
This role will report to a Production Supervisor.
This is a full-time, on-site role with company benefits based in Brea, CA.
The anticipated reputed company compensation reputed company for this role will be $23.00 to $24.00. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Come in 30 minutes before the full Production shift start time to set up reputed company with oils/slurry/molds
- Set direction for reputed company of employees and hold employees accountable
- Collaborate with Ops Managers and Engineering to brainstorm reputed company improvement reputed company and process layouts
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and modify the work reputed company and operating roles to ensure goals are hit

- reputed company to batch out oil, charge slurry tank, operate mixers, pour soap, push molds, demold, operate cutters, pressure reputed company, build molds, operate floor scrubber, scrape floors, and any other operating task reputed company needed
- reputed company physical inventory counts of produced goods and document data in G-Sheets as required
- Upload and reputed company data, time studies, and attendance
- Utilize reputed company to communicate any downtime, roadblocks, and attendance issues

- Continuously improve R&D and production processes, occasionally pour reputed company-up sample requests from PD/Engineering

- 2 years’ experience working and supervising a production line in a manufacturing facility
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
- Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
