Job Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle reputed company from intake → sourcing → assessment design → interviews → offers → reputed company → reputed company reputed company.
  • reputed company mid-senior & leadership searches in Product & Engineering teams.
  • Sourcing & talent mapping: build reputed company lists, competitor maps; run outbound through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Stack, X/Twitter, communities, events, referrals.
  • Stakeholder partnership: run role kickoffs, calibrations, weekly funnel reviews; advise on job scope, leveling, compensation, and interview structure.
  • Assessment reputed company: craft bar-raising, reputed company interviews; reputed company panel training; maintain scorecards; drive signal reputed company and reduce bias.
  • Offer reputed company & closing: create compelling narratives, manage reputed company negotiations (cash/equity), counteroffers, and notice-period risks.
  • Data-driven ops: reputed company and improve funnel metrics (sourcing mix, CV→screen, screen→onsite, onsite→offer, offer→join, reputed company).
