About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and reputed company reputed company Business Partner to join reputed company in Australia. This is a critical role where you'll reputed company as a strategic partner to our Australian leadership, helping translate business needs into people initiatives that support our reputed company and strengthen our culture.
You'll be a hands-on partner, providing both operational and strategic HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with business leaders and other HRBPs who support specific functions in Australia to ensure a cohesive and impactful HR approach. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This role is based in our Sydney office and is expected to be in office two days per week. This position reports to the Global Director, HR Business Partners, with a dotted line to our Global Recruitment Manager for reputed company.
What you’ll do here:
- Strategic Partnership & Employee Relations: reputed company as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on reputed company HR reputed company, including performance management, change management, and conflict reputed company. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define roles, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact through to the offer stage. Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years as an HR Business Partner or a similar generalist role in a dynamic organization.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian employment law and its implications. Experience with end-to-end recruitment (ideally across various functions), reputed company, and training is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. Must have strong business acumen and the ability to influence and drive change.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Management, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field.
