As a People Data/Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic analytics and insights to reputed company data-led decision making . You will bring data to life, unraveling stories that can help us identify trends and patterns to improve reputed company, employee performance, engagement, and retention.

• Advanced English Skills

• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization and reporting tools

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, reputed company)

• Skilled in creating presentations, dashboards, and scorecards

• Ability to not just reputed company data but to interpret and tell a compelling story through data insights
